Shipping

Order Inspection

* Customers are allowed to open and inspect their orders upon delivery before accepting them.

Returns

* Returns are accepted only while the courier is still at your door.
* If you wish to return your order, please notify the courier immediately and hand the package back before they leave.
* Once the courier has departed, returns will no longer be accepted.

Exchanges

* Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Exchange requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
